When you sign up for a trial, you'll have access to all the Enterprise features for 14 days. After the trial, your plan is downgraded to the Free plan. Contact sales toward the end of the trial to see which plan is right for you.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Click on "Team settings" in your Lokalise account, to change your plan. If you decide to cancel, you will be able to use your current plan until the end of the billing period.

You’ll have to pay for overages or upgrade to a higher plan with a higher key allowance. Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically at the end of the billing cycle with end-of-month key value (see pricing here). Customers on annual plans will be contacted by our Customer Success team.

Although we are primarily a software provider, there are tools inside Lokalise that perform translations: Google Translate, DeepL, and Lokalise AI. You can also order translations from directly within our platform.

It covers words spent on AI translations and AI LQA tasks. AI suggestions are currently unlimited, but this is subject to change.

It is calculated by price per word. Each add-on bundle provides a number of words to be used within the billing cycle of your TMS subscription. The more words you purchase in one go, the lower the price per word.

Please note this is a recurring add-on. If you purchase in the middle of the cycle, the price and word allowance will be prorated accordingly. Your words will refresh every month. Any unused words from the prior month won't roll over.
